Zu Sonderfahrten, anlässlich des 1000 jährigen Stadtjubiläums der Stadt Fürth in Bayern, lud die BR 70 083 am 15. / 16. September 2007 mit ihrem Sonderzug ein.

Die Lok 70 083 wurde 1913 bei der Lokomotivfabrik Krauss & Comp in München für die Königlich Bayerische Staatseisenbahn (K.Bay.Sts.B.) als PtL 2/3 "6083" gebaut. 1925 wurde sie als 70 083 bei der Deutschen Reichsbahn Gesellschaft (DRB) geführt. Ab 1949 gehörte sie zum Bestand der jungen Deutschen Bundesbahn (DB) und seit 1994 wird sie vom Bayerischen Localbahnverein e. V. betreut.

On the occasion of the 1000th anniversary of the city of Fürth in Bavaria, the class 70 083 invited to special trips on September 15/16, 2007 with its special train.

The locomotive 70 083 was built in 1913 at the Krauss & Comp locomotive factory in Munich for the Royal Bavarian State Railroad (K.Bay.Sts.B.) as PtL 2/3 "6083". In 1925 it was listed as 70 083 at the Deutsche Reichsbahn Gesellschaft (DRB). From 1949 it belonged to the stock of the young German Federal Railroad – Deutsche Bundesbahn (DB) and since 1994 it has been owned by the Bavarian Localbahnverein e. V. supervised.
